Next-Gen Operator provides AI consulting, software development, and advisory services.
Any professional engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement, such as a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services without such an agreement.

4. Client Data & Confidentiality
During consulting engagements, Next-Gen Operator may access client systems, code repositories, or proprietary datasets as necessary to deliver contracted work.

All access and handling of client data are governed by the applicable engagement contract.
We do not claim ownership of client data.
We use client data only for the purpose of performing services under the contract.
All client information is subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and software—is the property of Generation Growth Partners, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
